Local Organisers for Homestay Tours

In each homestay centre we have a local agent, appointed by us. This person's rôle is to :

  • recruit the appropriate number of host families for each group
  • visit the families regularly to make sure that they maintain a consistently high quality in the way they welcome their guests
  • place the pupils in host families according to the group’s requirements (usually a minimum and maximum of two pupils per family) and send us the addresses before the group leaves its home base
  • deal with family payments
  • be present, and make sure that the host families are present when the group arrives in the homestay centre at a meeting point agreed beforehand
  • be available at all times while the group is present to solve any accommodation problems.

Residential Tours

We choose our residential centres with great care and attention. Naturally we visit them regularly. Before we decide to work with any particular centre, we base our choice on the following criteria: security, cleanliness and hygiene, the quality of the food provided and the warmth and friendliness of the people in charge. Only when we are satisfied that the centre staff can match our high standards on all of these points do we agree to work with them, and to offer the centre to our clients.
